Ok, this night at band camp we got this bag of potato seeds and... haha, - kidding.

Maybe ignorant to this whole agriculture \ farming thing but really... a 'actual city' puts up a sign forbidding potato planting?

Or wait... is potato planting that popular? Maybe I'm missing out on something?
